Breakdown/pick up changes:
Pick up will now be on Monday from 4p-7p.
If you participate in the breakdown procedure, you may alternatively pick up your unsold items on Sunday evening from 8p-10p
How to earn 70%
Want to earn 70% of your sales? It's easy! Simply volunteer one shift during the JBF Sale. Not only will you receive the 70%, but you will also get to shop early! Or refer three (3) new consignors to Just Between Friends. When they consign at least $100 in merchandise and mention you as a referral, you will earn 70% on your items sales!
In addition, any volunteer completing 12 actual hours of volunteer shifts during the sale will have their $12 consignor fee waived,
in addition to shopping FIRST!
Consignor Fee:
The Consignor fee for 2010 will increase to $12. The Consignor fee has not changed since 2006, despite the addition of state of the art barcoding opportunities, increased marketing efforts to help sell your items and the elimination of providing your own self addressed stamped envelope.
Maternity clothing changes:
All maternity clothing must be less than 5 years old. Please bring only your best. To enforce this rule, we accept only the following brands of maternity wear: A Pea in the Pod, Mimi Maternity, Old Navy Maternity, Gap Maternity and boutique brands such as Japanese Weekend, etc.
Maternity clothing will now have a separate inspection process to insure we are only selling these brands.
We may, at our discretion, accept some Motherhood or Liz Lange pieces that are extremely trendy and current styles.
Mommy Boutique:
Mommy Boutique will continue at the Fall 2010 sale. We will accept pre-approved adult furniture items such as: Dining room sets, bedroom furniture, end tables, coffee tables, rocking chairs, bookcases, armoires, hutches, desks, porch furniture, wicker rockers, bunk beds, twin beds, day beds, toddler beds, chest of drawers.
Please email pictures of items you wish at sell to: tracey@jbfsale.com for approval, prior to bringing them to the sale.
Shoe Limits and Guidelines:
We will accept 8 pairs of shoes per consignor, either new or in excellent condition for this sale. Please be aware of our goal...to be the BEST in the consignment business.
Shoes will go through a separate inspection process to meet this goal. Please bring only your best.
Stuffed animals: NEW ONLY!
We will accept new(with tags) stuffed animals ONLY! We will also accept animated animals ( Cowboy Dora, Dancing Elmo, etc) that are used, but in good condition.
$3 rule changed to $2
All hanging clothing should be priced at a $2 minimum. Please pair items together, if necessary, to meet the $2 minimum rule.
