Provide one of the following special services and shop early. Bartering allows us to keep our costs down and return more money to our consignors. Bartering your services will not count towards the additional 5% on your sales (security services and preview sale runners are the exception) ,
but will earn you a shop early pass for the preview sale and the 1/2 price shop early sale on Sunday morning.

-Laptop computer: Do you have an laptop computer you are willing to loan us for about one week? We'd need a basic laptop model to help operate our checkout program. The computer needs to have an operating system of XP or Vista, 1GB of RAM, and have a minimum of 2 USB ports, and internal speakers. It also needs a wireless card or built in wifi. We need 6 of these.
You will earn a 12 hour volunteer pass.
-Meals: Provide a healthy meal ( sandwiches, salad, fruit and drinks) for 10 people on Thursday dinner, Friday lunch ,or Sunday lunch to earn an 12 hour volunteer pass. Please send day preferences to tracey@jbfsale.com
THESE SHIFTS ARE FULL. THANK YOU!
-Elementary school/Preschool Marketing Team: get our flyer in the hands/backpacks of your elementary school or preschool. Use your personal contacts to get this in the weekly flyers/folders that go home with each student, or in the cubbies/mailboxes of each family. Obtain permission first from your school, please. You will earn a 6 hour presale pass for your efforts.

-Preview Sale Runners: we need your (or your husbands) help to carry out larger items during the 6pm-930pm time frame on Thursday evening preview sales. You will be assisting shoppers with their item pick up outside of the sale, and helping carry large items outside for pick-up. This qualifies for the additional 5% payout on your sales and earns a 6 hour preview sale pass.
-Phone calls: you will be assigned a set number of phone calls to verify volunteer shifts or consignor participation. You will earn a 3 hour pass.
-Flyer distribution: If you can distribute approximately 200 flyers door to door in an assigned neighborhood, you will earn a 6 hour pass. This is flexible scheduling, and will require approximately 4 hours or work over a period of 2 weeks.
-Shopping Bags: If you can provide us with 250 large plastic bags, you will earn a 3 hour pass. They do not all need to be from the same store. We are looking for the large ones from stores like Old Navy, Target, Gap, etc.
-Security: Loan us your husband, father, brother to work a 4 hour security shift, and earn a 6 hour pass. Security individual should be outgoing and comfortable speaking to and interacting with shoppers. Security workers do qualify for the additional 5% payout on consignor sales.
-Putting together coupon packs: help complete the coupon packs, which we hand out at the sale and earn a 3 hour pass. This will take place in late August.
-Sign Distribution/ Marketing assistance: help us market the sale to various groups. Help get the word out. You will be asked to deliver flyers, yard signs, and other marketing materials to various Denver locations. Various time committments will earn you a 3 or 6 hour pass.
-Large Truck: do you have a large truck, such as a delivery van or Uhaul/Budget type truck to help us move some large items? We would need the truck for a 24 hour period the week of the sale.
-Stamps: help us keep our mailing costs down. This is simply a way to "buy" your way into the preview sale.
A roll of 100 stamps will "earn" you an 6 hour pass. Stamps will need to be delivered to a local Denver address prior to the sale. If interested, please contact tracey@jbfsale.com
